How do I add a call to action button to my video on the mobile app?

A call to action (CTA) is a button people can click while watching your video. It links to the next step you want them to take, such as:

• Schedule a tour, linking to your scheduling page
• Visit our website, linking to your community’s website
• Learn more, linking to a page with more details

Add a CTA

1. On the Share Video screen, tap Add a New CTA. If you’ve saved CTAs before, you’ll also see Add a Saved CTA.
2. To reuse a saved CTA, open the Select Saved tab. From there you can pick a saved CTA or delete one.
3. To make a new one, open the + Add New tab:
   • Type the button text, such as “Schedule a tour!” (30 characters max).
   • Enter the link the button should open.
   • To reuse this CTA later, check Save this CTA to use with other videos.
4. Tap Add CTA to Video Message.
5. Your CTA appears on the Share Video screen. Tap the green pencil icon to edit it.

Your CTA appears in emails sent from the app and on the video player page.

Tips

• You can save up to five CTAs. To save a new one when you’re at five, delete an old one first.
• If you’ll only use a CTA once, uncheck Save this CTA to use with other videos so it doesn’t take up one of your five slots.
