How do I change the text that appears before my video clip plays?

The text that appears before a clip plays is called a prompt. Prompts often come with the template you choose, and you can change, add or remove them.

Change or add a prompt

1. On the Edit Video screen, tap the three vertical dots to the right of the clip.
2. Select Edit prompt, or Add prompt if the clip doesn’t have one yet.
3. Enter your new text.
4. Confirm the change.
5. Tap Play at the top of the screen to preview it.

Remove prompts from your video

To hide all prompts, turn the Show prompts on video toggle on the Edit Video screen to Off.
