How do I create a script on my phone?

Creating a script with AVA Scriptwriter

Generate a script

  1. Open AVA Scriptwriter. There are two ways to start a script:
    • Use a ready-made script. Pick one from the list under Ready-to-Use Scripts in the middle of the screen:
      • Introduce Myself to New Contacts
      • How Can We Assist a Prospect?
      • Welcome Someone Coming to Visit
      • Thank Someone for Visiting Us
      • Checking In/Friendly Follow-Up
    • Write your own prompt. Type it in the Enter prompt to generate script box at the bottom of the screen i.e. “Virtual tour of our community,” “Happy holidays,” or “Intro to prospect.”
  2. Tap the green arrow on the right side of the prompt box.
  3. AVA generates a finished script in a few seconds. It fills in your name and your community’s name for you.

Edit, copy or regenerate

Under each script are three icons:

  1. Pencil icon (edit). Use this to make the script sound more like you, for example by rewording a few sentences or changing certain words. When you’re done, tap the green arrow to create a second version.
  2. Arrows (< >). Tap these to switch between versions. For example, “2/2” means you’re looking at the second of two versions.
  3. Copy icon. Copies the script text so you can use it somewhere else.
  4. Regenerate icon (the circular arrows). Tap it to have AVA write a new version. You can regenerate up to 3 times.

Good to know

  • Each script shows an estimated recording time, such as “30 seconds,” so you know roughly how long your video will be.
  • Every script and every version is saved automatically, so you can go back to older versions anytime.

Record

  1. When the script is ready, tap Record Video to move on to recording.
