Where are my CRM contacts?

  1. From the OneDay mobile app you can access your CRM contacts via these options:
    1. Click on the "Contacts" icon at the bottom of the screen and you'll see your CRM contacts. When you select a contact you have the option to select "Create Video for Contact" at the bottom of the screen.
    2. Once you've recorded a video and you're on the "Share Video" screen scroll to the bottom and select "Add." From here, select "App Contact List" to see/select your CRM contacts.
